Senior Salesforce Engineer

Job Description

This company, a leader in the travel industry are looking to build out their Salesforce practice, they are moving their Salesforce Development centre over to the UK. This hire is the first they are looking to make with the successful candidate coming in as a Senior Salesforce Engineer but with the goal of transitioning them into a Tech Lead position within 4 months and then take a leading role in overseeing the building out of the Salesforce practice here in the UK.


Role & Responsibilities

• Work with Engineers, Product Managers and Stakeholders to design and deliver solutions
• Deliver technical led initiatives independently to support the platform
• Mentor junior team members on the team
• Identify scope of improvement on existing features/processes and come up with a plan to fix those

Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years hands on Salesforce Development experience
• Has strong knowledge of Salesforce platform's declarative and programmatic capabilities
• Multiple times Salesforce certified: Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I etc
