Role & Responsibilities
- Administer and configure the Salesforce platform
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions
- Collaborate with the IT team to integrate Salesforce with other systems and tools
- Provide user support and training on Salesforce functionality and best practices
Skills & Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, including hands-on configuration and customisation
- Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality
- Salesforce Administrator certified
- Experience with data management and maintenance within Salesforce
