Job Description

My client are seeking an experienced Salesforce certified professional to join their Revenue and Customer Operations team. This is a chance for you to be the Salesforce champion of the organisation internally.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Administrator and manage our global Salesforce instance, including systems integrated with it.
  • Co-own the technology stack across sales, marketing and customer service, ensuring you are an expert user of each tool for set-up - being actively involved in the implementation and all on/off-boarding processes
  • Ensure data integrity, working closely with data engineering to maintain a clean and easy-t-use Salesforce database
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of revenue and sales operations

Skills & Qualifications
  • Salesforce certified
  • Experience in a revenue operations environment or a related field
  • Experience from within a SaaS or B2B organisation

  • Hybrid working
