Their Solution Architects are responsible for collaborating with our customer's technology and business stakeholders to develop a scalable Salesforce architecture, vision and strategy that enables business outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities
Technical leader for Customer Engagements
Leads functional and business process teams
Translates business requirements into well-architected solutions
Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions. Articulate the benefits and risks to a solution's feasibility and functionality
Design and manage the execution of test plans to ensure a quality solution is delivered
Remain current on Salesforce product and technical capabilities
Provide expertise during sales efforts to estimate the technical level of effort
Coach and mentor junior team members
Team player with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to identify and resolve conflict
Ability to learn quickly and think creatively
Ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies
Ability to effectively facilitate meetings and demonstrate consensus-building skills
Extensive Salesforce experience
Active Salesforce certifications and willingness to achieve additional certifications

Service Cloud Voice & Amazon Connect Experience
