Marketing Cloud Solution Architect (m/f/x)

Job Description





Main tasks

• Define end-to-end integrations in Marketing and Sales middleware, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
• Connect core systems (SAP, Salesforce, Workday, etc.) and expose cloud services to internal and customer-facing applications.
• Understand stakeholders' needs and clearly explain risks and trade-offs of potential solutions.
• Evaluate and design scalable cloud solutions on AWS, ensuring compliance with security and architecture standards.
• Work with other architects to maintain the integrity of the architecture, balancing innovation, technical feasibility, long-term sustainability, and agile delivery.
• Uphold quality, security, and reliability standards while finding the right balance.
• Assess new technologies and techniques for practical application to business problems and strategic initiatives.
• Identify potential improvements for the existing system landscape.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or comparable IT Architect role
• Proficient in agile development methodologies, testing approaches, distributed version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with integration technologies and patterns of SAP and Salesforce is a plus.
• Possesses strong analytical skills, a structured problem-solving approach, and a passion for continuously exploring emerging technologies.
• Adaptable communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with developers, fellow architects, management, and business stakeholders.
• Fluency in English (German is a Plus)
• Swiss, EU, or other passport holders with active work authorization in Switzerland (B/C permit)
