You will own, lead and enhance the ongoing Salesforce capability across the Global organisation. Looking to dominate on customer experience and optimise and further embed CRM, this role will operate at Snr Level within the IT Team, as well as working with passionate technologists to deliver meaningful solutions and change.

This role will suit an experienced CRM leader that wants to take on a greenfield role or a Head of CRM that has worked with a multitude of CRM platforms.

In this role you will be involved with the following:
  • Accountable for Group CRM vision and strategy and relevant delivery teams;
  • Responsible for CRM business engagements up to and including CXO level, in collaboration with Supply IT Business Partner;
  • Create, maintain and own business relationships across the organisation;
  • Driving the adoption and application a group level.
