Salesforce Senior Administrator

Having acquired several other companies over the past year our client is expanding rapidly within the Automotive industry.

We are seeking a senior Administrator who has the experience and the gravitas to lead this team forward.

Role & Responsibilities

• Maintaining high standard and standard operation procedure
• Technical design and delivery of complex BCRs and projects
• Mentoring junior members of the team
• Hands on resolution of P1 tickets and other complex level issues
• Be the subject matter expert in the Salesforce eco-system
• Ensure that all new facility releases are properly documented, reviewed, tested and approved before launch.

Skills & Qualifications

• Salesforce Certified in Administration, Advanced Administration, App Builder, Consultant (Sales or Service cloud) and Platform Developer I
• Salesforce Flows experience
• Technical mindset
• Proven experience of communicating complex technical front end initiatives.
