My client are a forward-thinking and innovative company seeking a senior Salesforce Software Engineering Manager to join their growing Salesforce team!

Role & Responsibilities

• You will lead the planning and estimation process and work with Project Managers
• You will assure best practice software engineering methods are being followed, and utilise technical knowledge within the team to review and maintain such standards.
• Coach and lead teams in Agile and Lean practices

Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of 5+ years of Salesforce.com Delivery experience
• Strong knowledge of full lifecycle Salesforce implementations including integration projects
• Ability to mentor and lead juniors
