Salesforce Senior Business Analyst, Geneva or Zurich (m/f/d)

Take part in an international project as a Senior Business analyst within a team, you will be part of the design, implementation, deployment of the Salesforce CRM platform.


Responsibilities:

• You will proactively work on integration evolution with other applications of the domain
• You will participate in and carry out the various phases of Salesforce improvement projects
• You design innovative solutions that minimise customisation needs and optimise value for business teams
• You will accompany, challenge and frame the business requests
• You will act as a Salesforce functional referent for various departments and be a source of ideas for the business

Your profile:

• You have 7 years of experience on IT projects related to Salesforce (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud)
• A first experience with other Salesforce products is a plus
• You have previous experience in retail, luxury goods or banking
• You have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a team to manage collaboration with different functions
• You have a professional level of English
• German or French are mandatory
