Key Requirements:

• More than 5 years of hands-on experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Strong technical background and proficiency in Salesforce configurations, customisation, and integration.
• Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and address complex business challenges using Salesforce tools.
• Fluent in German to effectively communicate with both clients and team members.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse, design, and implement Salesforce solutions.
• Lead the configuration and customisation of Salesforce to meet specific business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the system's optimal performance.
• Provide training and guidance to team members and end-users on Salesforce best practices.
• Stay updated on Salesforce updates and industry trends to recommend improvements and enhancements.
