As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our Salesforce CRM system, ensuring its effectiveness in supporting our sales and marketing efforts.



Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
• Proven expertise in Salesforce administration, including customization, configuration, and data management.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM best practices and business processes
• Salesforce certifications

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and implement Salesforce enhancements and customization to support their needs.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Provide technical support to Salesforce users and resolve any system issues or inquiries.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases and best practices, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
