📌 Key Responsibilities:

As the Salesforce Application Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Strategic Salesforce leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive Salesforce strategy alongside the IT manager and Salesforce team, aligned with the organization's mission and goals.
• System customization & optimisation: Customize Salesforce to meet the unique needs of our organization, including data architecture, workflows, and user interfaces.
• User Training: Provide training and support to staff members to maximize their efficiency and effectiveness when using Salesforce.
• Data Management: Ensure data integrity, data security, and data quality within the Salesforce platform.
• Integration and Automation: Explore and implement Salesforce integrations with other tools and automate processes to streamline operations.
• Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics, measure impact, and drive data-informed decision-making.
• Stay Current: Keep abreast of the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends to ensure our organization maximizes the potential of the platform.

🌟 Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should have:

• A proven track record in hands on Salesforce administration, with Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
• Ability to guide and
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
