Job Description:



We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join my clients team to help them optimize their use of Salesforce to drive business growth. In this role, you will work closely with their IT department to identify areas for improvement, implement solutions, and analyze data to measure success.



Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions
• Identify areas for process optimization and automation, and develop solutions to improve efficiency
• Conduct data analysis to track and measure success of Salesforce initiatives
• Create and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to enable data-driven decision making
• Manage Salesforce configurations, including workflows, validation rules, and custom objects
• Provide training and support to end users on Salesforce best practices and new features

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, preferably in a fintech environment
• Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with data analysis and reporting
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
• Fluent in Dutch and or French and English (hard requirement for this role)

The client can offer Salary up to €70000 per annum + excellent benefits which include flexible working hours and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and passionate team.
