Position Overview: As a Salesforce Business Developer, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new project opportunities while also managing their internal hiring needs. This dual role requires a proactive and results-driven individual who is passionate about Salesforce, fluent in Dutch, and can contribute to their growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting for New Projects:


    • Identify and target potential clients and projects in the Salesforce ecosystem.
    • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities through research, networking, and market analysis.
    • Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points.
    • Present tailored solutions to potential clients and effectively communicate the value of their services.


  • Internal Hiring Needs:


    • Collaborate with the hiring managers to identify staffing requirements for Salesforce-related positions.
    • Participate in the recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to conducting interviews and making recommendations.
    • Help create job descriptions, qualifications, and salary ranges for Salesforce positions.
    • Act as a liaison between candidates and the hiring team to ensure a smooth onboarding process.


  • Market Research:


    • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors.
    • Analyze market data to identify emerging opportunities and potential challenges.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership to shape the company's strategic direction.



    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
    • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the Salesforce ecosystem.
    • Fluency in Dutch is a must.
    • Strong understanding of Salesforce products and services is a big plus
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Experience in recruiting or HR-related activities is a plus.
