Salesforce CRM Manager


Role & Responsibilities
  • Lead CRM enhancement projects.
  • Translate requirements of new functionalities into a solution. Define customer journeys, help with overall adoption.
  • Suggest different solutions to a specific problem or pain points, analysing the pros and cons of each possible solution.
  • Work in an agile environment.
  • Work closely with a dynamic creative team and stakeholders to ensure the creation of a scalable solution in London.
  • Work with different areas of the company (marketing, commercial, legal, SFE, etc.).
  • Be willing to explore creative ideas and apply them to make an impact.
  • Coordinate with the team and the provider to ensure requirements are met within the agreed timelines.
  • Support in the maintenance of the CRM at global level.
  • Analyze and suggest innovative solutions as well as Artificial Intelligence use cases.

Skills & Qualifications
  • +5 years of experience as Salesforce CRM Manager, Project Manager or similar (Subject Matter Expert)
  • Clouds: Sales & Service, minimum of 5 years in a hybrid role with strong technical knowledge.
  • B2/C1 English
  • Be able to relocate to Ibiza
