Senior Salesforce Consultant

We are working with a leading Salesforce partner, and we are currently seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce professional to join their team in Utrecht. As a Senior Salesforce Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative Salesforce solutions to clients, helping them optimize their CRM processes and achieve their business goals. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, analyze their existing systems, and design and implement customized Salesforce solutions that meet their needs.



Requirements:

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience working as a Salesforce consultant.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Ability to gather and analyze requirements, and design and implement Salesforce solutions based on best practices.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
• Configure and customize Salesforce to meet clients' business needs, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process builder flows.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce best practices and new features and provide recommendations to clients on how to optimize their Salesforce instance.
