Salesforce Functional Analyst

The Role:

As a Functional Analyst, you will play a vital role in the successful implementation and optimization of Salesforce solutions within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end-users to gather business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure the Salesforce platform meets our business needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, tunctional analysis and technical analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and configure Salesforce to meet these specifications.
• Customize Salesforce using declarative features, such as workflows, process builders, and validation rules.
• Collaborate with development teams to deliver custom solutions when necessary.
• Conduct comprehensive testing, ensuring quality and accuracy of Salesforce implementations.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, data models, and user guides.
• Provide ongoing support and training to end-users.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend enhancements to optimize Salesforce functionality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent).
• Proven experience as a Functional Analyst or Business Analyst
• Extensive experience with Salesforce administration and configuration, including knowledge of declarative features (e.g., workflows, process builders, validation rules).
• Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Technical expertise in Salesforce integrations, data migrations, and third-party applications is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder) are a plus.
• Previous experience as a Technical Analyst or knowledge of technical analysis is an advantage.
• Dutch & or French & English required for this role

• Salary up to €6.000 per month + benefits (depending on experience)
