Junior Salesforce Functional Consultant

Brussels based Salesforce Partner is seeking a Dutch and or French speaking Junior Salesforce Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and be able to provide functional solutions to meet the business requirements of their clients.

The client is a leading Salesforce partner in Belgium, specializing in complex digital transformations on Salesforce. The Client has been enabling successful implementations and integrations for over 10 years. They are a Salesforce Global Strategic Partner working in key geographies around the world and are looking to expand their functional team. They are looking for ambitious consultants to be a part of this growth and to work on some very exciting public and private sector projects

Responsibilities:

• Work with clients to understand their business requirements and provide functional solutions using the Salesforce platform
• Lead the design and configuration of Salesforce, including custom objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, and reports
• Provide guidance and best practices for data management and security within Salesforce
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth implementation and deployment of Salesforce solutions
• Stay current with Salesforce updates and new features, and provide recommendations for improvement to clients
• Support clients with post-implementation support and continuous improvement of their Salesforce solutions

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant
• Strong understanding of Salesforce, including configuration and customizations
• Ability to understand complex business requirements and provide functional solutions using Salesforce
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Dutch and or French
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Salesforce certifications are a plus
• Full working rights within Europe required
