This opportunity is with an end user who is an international global leader in their industry. As a CRM Marketing Specialist, you will manage campaign execution for all email across various products (promotional, reactivation communication strategies as well as triggered campaigns) with a constant focus on optimisation to achieve click-through rate, conversion, and other key engagement goals.
Role & Responsibilities
Manage email marketing deployments (single sends and journeys) through the Salesforce Marketing Cloud to ensure you deliver on program goals
Meet with key stakeholders to understand objectives and provide recommendations
Develop emails using HTML and CSS with a good understanding of email functionality across devices and email providers
Skills & Qualifications
1-3 years experience managing personalised, dynamic email campaigns (Preferably in Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
Experience analysing data and using it to come up with testing ideas
Experience working with SQL and AMPscript is a plus
