CRM Specialist / Salesforce Marketing Cloud

As a CRM Specialist you will have a lot of responsibility to technically understand the campaigns you have planned and advise the email marketers on techniques such as database structure and optimising the email campaigns. For this role you will need to be analytic in your approach, own the process and be able to implement new ideas to the customer journey.

It doesn't stop there you will be the touching point within the marketing department anything Salesforce Marketing Cloud related. This is a great in-house position with a beautiful office located in Amsterdam.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Translating business issues into a technical setup in campaign software
  • Conduct and optimise email campaigns for customers
  • Consulting stakeholders a long the process advising the best solution
  • Analysing the data and understanding when the next touching point should be
  • Create new flows and optimise existing flows


Skills & Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years experience in email marketing and / or online marketing
  • Working experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or HubSpot
  • Good knowledge working with HTML / CSS
  • Knowledge of SQL & AMPscript
  • Good command of the English language
