Role and Responsibilities:
Performing all administrative functions within Salesforce.
Managing Salesforce data feeds and other integrations.
You will be responsible for coordinating the evaluation, scoping and completion of reports, trend analysis, review analysis, strategic planning and product segmentation.
Completing regular internal audits and preparing for upgrades of Salesforce.
Working closely with the management team to establish suitable processes to administrative, development and change management activities.
Training and supporting new users.
Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
Salesforce certifications.
Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform; ability to build custom dashboards, objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views.
Previous experience of successfully delivering projects to completion.
Ability to understand complex projects.
Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
