Sales Operations Manager - Up to 100k - Hybrid (London)

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Performing all administrative functions within Salesforce.
  • Managing Salesforce data feeds and other integrations.
  • You will be responsible for coordinating the evaluation, scoping and completion of reports, trend analysis, review analysis, strategic planning and product segmentation.
  • Completing regular internal audits and preparing for upgrades of Salesforce.
  • Working closely with the management team to establish suitable processes to administrative, development and change management activities.
  • Training and supporting new users.




Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Salesforce certifications.
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform; ability to build custom dashboards, objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views.
  • Previous experience of successfully delivering projects to completion.
  • Ability to understand complex projects.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
