Salesforce Trainer/ Manager Opportunity - Surrey/ Remote (up to 45k)



A Salesforce Trainer/ CRM Manager opportunity at one of the largest health-care charity in the UK!



The role:
  • Salesforce implementation; making sure the Salesforce system is used properly and encouraging correct adoption
  • Improving data capture and adhering to processes
  • Working closely with IT and Digital, Senior CRM Manager and Head of CRM; focusing on target areas
  • Feedback from the daily users; reporting any significant issues/ risks to the Senior CRM Manager and to the IT by adding them to the Backlog




Skills and Qualifications:
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce
  • Experience of providing training to others and delivering guidance material
  • Ability to explain Salesforce to stakeholders
  • Ability to work with all levels of user expertise on Salesforce CRM
  • Previous experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Understanding of B2B and B2C working practices
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Degree in Digital, IT or Business/Marketing or equivalent qualification is essential
