Role: Marketing Operations Manager (Pardot)Permanent - Full TimeLocation: London/Hybrid Salary: Up to £70,000
This client is a market leader in their field and are always looking to invest and innovate their data-led platforms further. In line with their strong belief in constantly digitally transforming the business, they believe in strengthening their marketing automation team. As a MOPs Manager, you will be owning the CRM strategy and be responsible for the marketing and retention campaigns.
You will be utilising your Pardot experience to both create and manage new dynamic strategy to maximise retention as well be responsible for communications which drive engagement. You will also have the responsibility to review and oversee all CRM and Marketing automation platform needs, to insure all aspects are running smoothly. Along with this, you will be surrounded by experienced marketing automation professionals. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with key stakeholders and a variety of teams such as the sales and customer success team, which provides a great opportunity to develop knowledge further.Key skills:
- Experience in the strategic operations side of Pardot
- Have knowledge overall Pardot
- Implementation and management of automated campaigns
- Knowledge in setting up landing pages, lead nurturing and management
- Pardot Certifications are a plus
This client are well respected within their industry and have recently implemented Pardot into their system, so there is a lot of autonomy within this role to make the platform your own and tailor it the way you see best for the business. Alongside the autonomy within this role comes the responsibility of taking the lead to consistently drive projects forward and successfully lead a team of CRM executives.
