Role: Senior Salesforce and Pardot Lead (Snr Salesforce Admin)
Industry: SaaS business
Salary: Up to £70,000 (Negotiable to more for the right candidate)
Location: London/Hybrid
Permanent - Full Time



The client is looking for a Salesforce Admin and Pardot Lead who will be an integral part of the companies CRM team. This SaaS business have implemented Salesforce this year and are continuing to grow their Salesforce platform and want this individual to help lead the greenfield implementation further. This role is perfect for someone that is eventually looking to progress into an architect role (the business will help you achieve this).

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining the technical backbone of the companies Marketing team and automation system. You will be managing the core Salesforce aspect of creation of custom objects, fields and page layouts with a heavy focus on workflows. All whilst having a large part to play in the B2B function of Salesforce covering the Pardot instance from an automation perspective and creating reports and dashboards in Salesforce.



Key skills:

- End to end implementation of Pardot & Salesforce CRM

- Salesforce administrator - Multiple user set up

- Customisation - objects, record types, page layouts, validations & workflows

- Account maintenance, reports and dashboards



- Customer segmentation & Lifecycle optimisation

- Engagement Studio - lead nurture campaigns

- Marketing and Sales qualified leads

- Setting up landing pages
