In your role as Global Lead, Websites and SEO you will be part of our success by:

Hold overall responsibility for the development, deployment and maintenance of BSIs consumerfacing websites - over 50 websites in total

Develop a global website strategy for our client that includes bringing all our consumer facing websiteson to a unified platform, with shared technology, components and templates that offer a best-in-class consumer experience (CX) and user experience (UX)

Development and roll out of a governance model, processes and ways of working with the aim ofdeploying websites effectively and efficiently in a complex organization

Lead teams in building the annual plan, priorities and resource for website launches, rebuilds &refreshes
  • Directly manage a team of digital marketers, and collaborate with IT and agency partners todeliver on time readiness of websites launches and updates
  • Aggregate website programming recommendations into a Global budget, and defend thebudget in the yearly budgeting process

Lead Search Engine Optimization strategy, incl. benchmarks, processes, E2E execution andeffectiveness to drive quality traffic to our websites
  • Audit and analyze BSI's SEO performance, identifying issues, finding root-causes, andexperimenting with solutions to improve performance at scale
  • Define core SEO standards for all Global website types

Continuously liaise with Global brand and regional teams to maintain an up-to-date understandingof their branding/ commercial needs and adapting our approach to websites. Act as a consultant aswell as a challenger on website activation plans and investment levels

Track website and SEO effectivness, benchmark costs and develop standard performance reports(GA360) to be delivered to Global and regional stakeholders
  • Successfully drive portfolio online presence above our competitors'
  • Establish portfolio and brand specific benchmarks and KPIs for measures of success

Educate stakeholders across the company and organize regular best practice reviews
  • Develop playbooks & trainings on website & SEO strategies incl. best practices
  • Act as a subject matter expert and participate in training the rest of the organization developtheir knowledge of the website landscape and process"

Drive consumer testing to develop data driven strategies for consumer centric website content creation


5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a consumer products company, marketing agency,publisher or technology firm

Prior experience managing websites across multiple brands and/or geographies

Demonstrate expert knowledge of the digital ecosystem and role of the website in the consumerjourney

Must understand fundamentals of SEO and CMS systems and how to publish websites

10-25% international travel is expected

Track record of managing people/teams to deliver high quality results

Demonstrated ability to strategically manage internal or external clients and provide exceptionalcustomer service and results

Must be a 'bridge builder' with the ability to collaborate with technical and marketing teams in andoutside of our business

Deep experience working with or for marketing agencies with a strong understanding of requiredresources and costs to execute initiatives

Highly polished communication skills - speaking, writing, presenting and negotiating


Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Advertising, Marketing or related field

Post graduate education/certification preferred
