Job Description

In this role the Solution Architect is accountable for ensuring that technology solutions are designed and implemented according to Enterprise Architecture Requirements, Business Requirements, and IT Development Standards.


Role & Responsibilities

• Working closely with Business Analysts
• Drives the technical backlog with the Development team
• Assists in Incident/Problem management, Root Cause Analysis and definition of solutions

Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience working as a Solution Architect using a range of different technologies (ideally including Java/JEE(JBoss), .NET, Integration platforms, Microservices and including both web, mobile and back office delivered both to cloud and internal datacentre
• Salesforce Service Cloud Experience
