My client are a well-established end-user who are looking for a technical business analyst to join their growing CRM team.
Role & Responsibilities
Define, document and present business requirements. Build a strong understanding of the business to identify true needs and requirements
Analyse and interpret business needs into scalable Tech solutions and/or improved/changed business processes
Work with teams to identify synergies / best practises across the group & analyse the balance between system scalability and specific market or brand requirements
Skills & Qualifications
Over 3 years' BA experience
Great communication skills
Strong technical and analytical skills
