Responsibilities:
- Assess Problems submitted through the helpdesk, ensuring each request is properly dealt with.
- Provide technical expertise and assistance in configuring, testing, and deploying applications
- Capture business requirements and transform these into technical specifications and/or test cases
- Participate in all phases of the project and application management life cycle
- Managing change control processes, assessing risk, challenging assumptions, translating requirements, identifying resources, and implementing development requests.
- Excellent SF Marketing Cloud skills.
- Ability to design and build Integration into and out of Sf Marketing Cloud.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, and handle and prioritize simultaneous requests
