Responsibilities:
  • Assess Problems submitted through the helpdesk, ensuring each request is properly dealt with.
  • Provide technical expertise and assistance in configuring, testing, and deploying applications
  • Capture business requirements and transform these into technical specifications and/or test cases
  • Participate in all phases of the project and application management life cycle
  • Managing change control processes, assessing risk, challenging assumptions, translating requirements, identifying resources, and implementing development requests.
  • Excellent SF Marketing Cloud skills.
  • Ability to design and build Integration into and out of Sf Marketing Cloud.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, and handle and prioritize simultaneous requests
