The role

Our client are looking for a Technical Product Owner to assist in the go-live of their new platform and maintain it, pushing continuous improvement of their customer experience and functionality.

  • You will be working with the newly formed Salesforce team who will be supporting and developing their new membership and donation platform
  • As a Salesforce technical SME you will manage and take ownership of the technical aspects of the platform
  • Working with business and IT stakeholders across the organisation to create and maintain a roadmap
  • Mitigate risks to the platform

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

  • Previous experience on Salesforce Service Cloud and some other clouds is preferential
  • Experience with third-party or Salesforce native applications
  • Current certification/s - E.g. Application Architect, PD1, App Builder or equivalent real-world experience
  • Experience producing technical documentation

Preferred - Not essential
  • Agile Delivery experience

  • Hybrid 2-3x per week in office during the critical go-live period and then more remote after that (Office in Swindon)
