Job Description

I'm currently looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst and Administrator looking to join a growing Salesforce team within an exciting, growing company specialising in insights and valuation all across Europe!

This role is fully remote and an excellent chance to make an impact for ambitious individuals looking to thrive in an expanding organisation!

Role & Responsibilities
  • Analysing requirements raised within Salesforce Lightning
  • Documenting feedback and process flows to support development and design of solutions
  • Planning, managing and guiding update releases and changes to the Salesforce Platform
  • Managing and documenting user's journey's
  • Set up and maintain Workflows, Fields, Settings, Dashboards, Process Builders, Page Layouts, Record Types and Reports
  • Creating user profiles and managing access
  • Experience with FinancialForce, Salesforce integrations, Sun Systems, Eloqua, Docusign
  • Providing guidance and training to users, also creating training materials

Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong hands on experience in Business Analysis
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in training
