Role & Responsibilities
  • Assisting teams in specialising on enhancing delivery performance over time
  • Maintaining consistency between engineering strategy and product strategy by working with product managers, product owners, and other key stakeholders
  • Developing a results-driven team culture
  • Promoting the coordination of risk mitigation duties with company goals through team planning sessions and meetings



Skills & Qualifications
  • Previous proven management experience
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Project management - completing challenging/ complex projects successfully
