Role & Responsibilities
  • Using process reviews or data analysis, find areas for process improvement and suggest them to the BPOs.
  • Lead and coordinate talks with business stakeholders to determine the project's scope, business needs, objectives, and acceptance criteria by working with the project manager.
  • Make sure the appropriate business stakeholders accept and approve the business needs.



Skills & Qualifications
  • 4+ years of Salesforce Business Analysis experience
  • Understands the customer journey and can create user stories etc
  • Capable of creating user stories and is aware of the client journey
