Role & Responsibilities
- At every stage of the project life-cycle, support is provided to help with and address technical challenges
- Working alongside IT team that mainly supports, maintains and develops the organisations implementation using Salesforce Service Cloud
- Act as an enthusiastic problem solver
Skills & Qualifications
- Capabilities to support a number of complex environments with multiple parties providing services.
- Salesforce Certified
- A proven track record of expanding, supporting, and improving Salesforce
