My Salesforce client is looking for Customer Success with a SaaS background to join their growing practice!



This company specializes in using AI to help every rep move flawlessly through the sales cycle. Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Own the success of our customers
  • Develop and deliver a road-map to success
  • Partner with account executives and expand business
  • Coach customers to be product experts and train team on product
  • Proactively identify opportunities to optimize up-sell opportunities to increase customer experience.




You Should Have Experience In:
  • Experience working in the SaaS industry
  • Experience working in the Salesforce.com ecosystem
  • Multiple years of Customer Success and client facing experience
  • Strong attention to detail, execution, and ambitiously striving for success
