Salesforce Administrator / CRM Specialist



Duties and responsibilities

The candidate will have the following responsibilities:
  • Propose and manage activities to maximize the customers value
  • Develop and execution of fan engagement and customer loyalty strategy
  • Map and develop customer journey and customer base segmentation to engage customers and maximize revenues, integrating all digital and off line channels
  • Define and monitor CRM KPIs through reports, monitoring results and goals
  • Build a strong knowledge of customer behaviour/needs through quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Support data enrichment identifying and managing activities and campaigns
  • Implement and optimize the use of CRM (Salesforce) with fan reporting and analysis, providing support to the various company areas (Sales, Partnership Management, Ticketing, Marketing)
  • Create targets for sending communications (DEM) through the use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Manage and support marketing campaigns coordinating the various internal and external suppliers (legal part, technical part, analytical part)
  • Manage lead generation, lead acquisition and digital campaigns

  • Bachelor's or Specialist Degree in Economics, Statistics, Management Engineering
  • Experience in Marketing roles with a focus on CRM management of at least 3 years (Salesforce background is preferred)
  • Proactivity, creativity and dynamism
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong interest for the sport/media/entertainment industry
  • Good knowledge of English
