SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATOR / CRM SPECIALIST - CLIENTE FINALE - MILANO - 45K
Duties and responsibilities
The candidate will have the following responsibilities:
Propose and manage activities to maximize the customers value
Develop and execution of fan engagement and customer loyalty strategy
Map and develop customer journey and customer base segmentation to engage customers and maximize revenues, integrating all digital and off line channels
Define and monitor CRM KPIs through reports, monitoring results and goals
Build a strong knowledge of customer behaviour/needs through quantitative and qualitative analysis
Support data enrichment identifying and managing activities and campaigns
Implement and optimize the use of CRM (Salesforce) with fan reporting and analysis, providing support to the various company areas (Sales, Partnership Management, Ticketing, Marketing)
Create targets for sending communications (DEM) through the use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Manage and support marketing campaigns coordinating the various internal and external suppliers (legal part, technical part, analytical part)
Manage lead generation, lead acquisition and digital campaigns
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Specialist Degree in Economics, Statistics, Management Engineering
Experience in Marketing roles with a focus on CRM management of at least 3 years (Salesforce background is preferred)
Proactivity, creativity and dynamism
Excellent communication skills
Strong interest for the sport/media/entertainment industry
Good knowledge of English
