Salesforce Platform Manager - REMOTE - $90-110K CAD

Responsibilities:
* Salesforce Administrator
* Collaborate with various departments such as marketing, sales, finance, support and legal to admin their Salesforce ecosystem
* Establish, maintain, and manage a network of Salesforce consultants, independent contractors, developers, or interns
* Develop and define project roadmaps and produce technical documentation
* Subject matter expert for debugging, trouble shooting and applying best practice methodology
* Maintain user maintenance, to set up new users, role hierarchy, and permissions
* Oversee workflow rules
* Manage organization wide defaults
* General database system administration including day-to-day data entry guidelines, configuration, data loads, training, and support
* Manage and execute platform customizations (page layouts, fields, objects, etc)
* Create reports and dashboards
* Maintain high standards of security and data management
* Train new users on using our Salesforce tools
* Collate requirements for new processes with stakeholders



Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
* Salesforce Administrator Certificate
* Minimum of 5 years experience in a Salesforce Admin, Analyst, or CRM Project Manager role
* Exemplified experience in change management and governance
* Exemplified experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems
* Additional Salesforce certifications (i.e., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, CPQ, etc) is a bonus
* Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases
* Exemplified experience project managing or developing Salesforce solutions to address large company-wide issues that made processes more efficient
* A proactive attitude to platform enhancements
* Excellent relationship-building skills
* Translating requirements into technical solutions
* Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports. CPQ, Tableau CRM, Pardot, and Social Studio are a plus
* Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects and meet assigned deadlines and targets - in a fast-paced environment
* Autonomous and ability to work independently
