Salesforce Administrator - West Sussex
This business were my client of 2021, so I couldn't speak highly enough about them. Having hired a full Salesforce team last year they are looking to go from strength to strength to continue to improve upon and implement their new CRM system across a number of their brands. If you are looking for a fast-paced Salesforce environment in a team who really care about you and your progression, as well as the investment to back this up, then this is the perfect position for you!
The company are a luxury car dealership based in West Sussex and they are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join their support and development function. Within this role you would initially be responsible for training the brands that are on-boarding the new Salesforce platform, providing top quality training provisions and user support. From here you will then have the opportunity to further develop the product, with the potential of taking the software to market to sell to others within the industry.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse system requirements based on user feedback and gathering of requirements from key stakeholders
Creation of new reports and dashboards for users
Expanding and improving user rules and access permissions for specific teams and users
Handle day-to-day user support and run case management
Automate processes on the CRM platform to assist users and make processes more streamlined
Train IT support desk function to ensure that they can support users effectively with expert knowledge of the platform
Essential Requirements
Strong declarative and functional skills across the Salesforce platform
Experience of end to end configuration across Salesforce, in particular across Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud
Ability to create reports and dashboards as well as custom fields and objects
Process Builder and Validation rule skills
Experience of training users and running workshops to pass on expertise
Detailed and concise communication skills and ability to liaise directly with C-Suite level stakeholders
Ideal Requirements
Salesforce certifications, in particular Salesforce Administrator (ADM201)
Previous training experience for users and IT teams
Industry experience or an interest in the automotive industry
Ability to travel to the office in West Sussex for the first few months especially
