The company are a rapidly expanding cybersecurity business and are keen to continue to improve upon and add to their CRM systems via Salesforce and Financialforce. They are growing their internal team due to increased workload as the system and company continue to grow to ensure that they retain their position as the largest IT security company in the country. Within this role you will be responsible for analysing the current CRM system to find areas for improvement, discussing requirements from stakeholders to create new processes and take control of hands-on configuration of automation processes, validation rules, permissions sets and back-end data changes.

Key responsibilities

  • Control the entire Salesforce platform across the Sales and Finance team
  • Gather requirements at board level from stakeholders to convert to a technical roadmap for the platform
  • Work closely with the experienced sales team in order to build a strong understanding of where improvements need to be made in order to gain approval to make updates to the system
  • You will be in charge of the end-to-end configuration and change management of the system when improvements are implemented following an Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Integration of business intelligence tools, such as Einstein/Tableau and PowerBI
  • Run workshops with users to teach them how to use the system most effectively
  • Day-to-day case management and system break fix

Essential Requirements
  • Strong hands-on Salesforce experience is required with end to end configuration skills
  • An in-depth declarative knowledge of the platform, particularly surrounding automation processes, validation rules, permissions sets and back-end data
  • Business-facing capabilities and ability to engage with and gather requirements from key stakeholders
  • Clear and concise communication skills
  • A desire to learn more and passion for the Salesforce platform

Desired Requirements
  • FinancialForce ERP experience or any similar ERP system exposure
  • Business intelligence experience with either Einstein/Tableau or PowerBI
  • Any exposure to coding would be ideal
  • Salesforce Certifications, in particular Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM201)
