Senior Salesforce Developer - Galway / Remote

Job Description

This position presents the opportunity to work directly as full-stack Salesforce Developer for a global medical care company, who are building a greenfield Salesforce implementation and are looking to form an in-house team. You will be given the responsibility of taking full control of the development environment across their Sales Cloud, Pardot and CRM Analytics (Einstein/Tableau), analysing where improvements need to be made, designing effective solutions, and developing and testing your implementations using best practices.

This role is a great opportunity for you to make a real impact on the team's growth and work on a greenfield Salesforce implementation where you will be responsible for technical design and roadmapping innovative solutions. Role & Responsibilities

• Analyse and single out key areas of the current Salesforce products that need to be improved upon and customised
• Automate processes to ensure the best possible internal solution with a user-centric focus
• Integrate the solution with other third-part applications seamlessly
• Engage with key business stakeholders to gather requirements and create user stories
• Take responsibility for the technical design process to create leading designs for new and existing elements of the platform
• Develop and test your code, using regular coding reviews in order to follow best coding practices
• Assist with mentoring of more junior Salesforce professionals in the team, including the Salesforce support team and Administrators as well as further Developers
• Work alongside the current Salesforce Partner as well as Salesforce Premier Support

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in full-stack Salesforce development with Apex, Visualforce and LWCs
• Technical design exposure
• Expertise across Sales Cloud implementations
• Any Marketing Automation or Einstein Analytics/Tableau exposure would be an advantage, but not a necessity
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
• Agile development exposure and end to end project lifecycle skills including design, development, testing and deployment
• Integration skills with REST or SOAP APIs
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement capabilities
