Provide daily, weekly, monthly reports to the sales team and internal stakeholders by developing a structured sales process, analyzing team performance, enhance productivity and effectiveness, and implement solutions based on data and analysis.
Responsibilities:
Support the sales team in designing, executing reports and ad-hoc analysis to decision makers within business operations.
Produce and analyze reports on a routine basis to support operational insights and strategies
Collect, analyze, evaluate report data to track sales performance and metrics.
Support day-to-day inquiries from the sales team, providing efficient resolution of issues.
Assist with territory planning and quarterly sales processes
Assist with incentive compensation for the sales team
Proactively identify opportunities to improve operational systems and processes
Collaborate with other teams across the organization.
Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in Business, Computer Science or equivalent degree
Minimum 5years experience in Business Analytics with a focus on sales, marketing, finance or sales operations
Experience supporting the delivery of sales operations platforms and analytical tools to sales team and internal stakeholders.
Strong data management and analytical abilities
Experience designing, developing reports and dashboards in Excel
Demonstrate ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment
Strong written and oral communication skills, including an ability to articulate ideas clearly and appropriately influence others
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and teamwork skills
SQL and Tableau knowledge a plus
Ability to thrive in a demanding, change-oriented, fast paced environment requiring a high degree of deadline-driven productivity
