AIM OF THE POSITION This individual will be responsible for managing all activities related to Salesforce-CRM full-cycle of administrative and implementation projects. Interfaces with stakeholders and the development team to define deliverables and communicate project status. Develops and manages the execution of comprehensive project work plans that control resources, schedules, costs, risks, quality, scope, changes, and ensures its alignment with our clients business strategy to achieve business success. Incumbent is responsible for hiring, firing, performance of management duties, etc. Must be a strong analytical thinker who can multi-task, work efficiently, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. Broad knowledge of the field with proven leadership/management skills are required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Design, develop, test and document scalable, high-quality solutions on the Salesforce.com platform to meet the business needs * Develops and manages the execution of comprehensive project work plans that control resources, schedules, costs, risk, quality, scope, and changes * Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders at peer and senior levels to understand the deliverables * Conduct code reviews on an ongoing basis * Facilitate and lead cross functional project initiatives to integrate Salesforce with 3rd party applications and services * Ability to create and support User Interfaces (UI) and System Integrations using Salesforce integration tools such as API and APEX and in coordination with 3rd party applications * Analyze and mitigate bugs and issues within Salesforce.com instances * Assess and make recommendations on process, design, operations, and testing * Manage and develop project plans with key constituents * Provides technical direction and leadership for design, development and testing of Salesforce.com projects * Stays current on new technologies and identifies opportunities for process optimization, process redesign, or development of new process/policies to improve efficiency * Define, communicate and enforce strict coding standards across Salesforce.com platform. * Develop project timelines, plans, leads, manages and owns the phases of critical Salesforce.com projects * Propose and Introduce new dev tools and frameworks to improve the design, development and testing of Salesforce solutions * Utilize the SalesForce Premier Support Team to maintain, assist and/or resolve system or customer facing issues as needed. * Utilize the current or establish new, 3rd party relationships to maintain, assist and/or resolve system of customer facing issues as needed. * Perform routine review of code, configuration, data, and usage of Salesforce features to ensure security, scalability, integrity, and quality * Act as a strong liaison between the development team and business stakeholders /IT leadership * Directly supervises employees within the department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. o Responsibilities include, but not limited to interviewing, hiring, training, directing work, planning, assigning, and performance management. * This position prepares and makes presentations to the leadership team in a collaborative and structured fashion.
