San Francisco (Also open to NYC) | Hybrid: 3 days in office



A major Financial Services client headquartered in the Bay Area is Sr. Director to lead their Salesforce Product Management as they begin to implement Financial Services Cloud (FSC). Getting in early will afford this candidate an opportunity to shape their the team and how Salesforce is implemented at this highly respected institution.

In addition to a high of Salesforce proficency, the ideal candidate will have stellar communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders and Information Services teams.


What you'll do as Sr. Director of Salesforce Product Management:
  • Lead Product Management team--manage resources supporting key capabilities such as functionality, core features, as well as on boarding and data migration;
  • Identify and implement best practices to increase Salesforce use and improve workflows;
  • Document & translate business requirements into workable solutions;
  • Develop documentation and training materials to support Salesforce utilization across the business.


You could be a great fit if you have:
  • 5-7+ years of Salesforce product management experience;
  • 5-7+ years of experience designing and deploying solutions to improve the UI/UX for Salesforce CRM;
  • Experience with the Financial Services Cloud is highly preferred;
  • Private Wealth Management experience is a major plus.
  • Highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong management skills;
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skill.
