Salesforce Solution Architect - Remote - Full-Time

This role is tasked with aligning overall Salesforce architecture and development with the company's overall technology vision



1) Solution Architecture Oversight on Product Teams

* Provide solutions to user stories for all product teams

* Communicate solution requirements to developers

* Communicate solution designs to product teams and leadership

* Remain current on technology advancements and anticipate company needs

* Lead requirement gathering and/or design workshops for complex projects

* Ensure the implementation of agreed architecture across products



2) Oversee Daily Development Resources

* Understand workload of development resources within product teams

* Act as escalation point for development resources to address difficult solutions

* Anticipate technical skills needed for development and work with technology leadership to address.



3) Documentation Delivery

* Build and maintain medium to high level architecture documents

* Oversee development documentation for consistency and accuracy

* Identify changes to knowledge articles early on to align with deployments
