Salesforce BA

My client is a well regarded research firm , they are looking for a Sales force BA to join their growing sales force team


Roles and Responsibilities:

• To work closely with the product manager to identify new capabilities within the Sales force ecosystem
• Manage business requirements gathering and trace ability processes
• Support and complete technical and non-technical user story
• To create test scripts, perform QA, System Integration and some UAT testing
• Aligning Technological Approaches with Business and Customer Goals,

Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Sales force BA
• Strong experience gathering requirements, liaising with senior stakeholders in the business
• Sales force Configuration Background
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Experience of Agile and Waterfall project and development methodology
