Salesforce Engineer/Architect

* $160K is MAX budget
* Remote, but MUST be based in PA, MD, NJ, DE or VA (possible exception for rockstar)
* 5+ years of Salesforce Development experience, WITH an OOP background (.NET, C#, Java, etc). Should not be a Salesforce Admin turned Developer
* MUST be able to do some design/Architecture. Some projects will be 90% hands-on coding/10% design, others will be 50/50
* nCino experience would be a huge plus
* New instance, so ability to communicate with stakeholders and team is very important, be a problem solver
* 2-step interview process, very committed to making a hire
* Will have a lot of support from Enterprise Architecture team, as well as other development teams. Ability to work in collaborative, team environment is important
* Currently using a 3rd party Partner to help with development work (they are getting phased out next June)
