Senior Manager, Demand Generation


We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Demand Generation Manager to join our Marketing team. This candidate will be responsible for managing our PPC/SEM, SEO, and social lead generation strategies. This position requires the candidate to have in-depth knowledge of developing, executing, and analyzing effective lead-generation campaigns across multiple channels to drive sales pipeline. This role will report to the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations to strategize and develop leading campaigns with a strong focus on data analytics.

Position Type: Full-Time / Hybrid 3 days in office

Office Location: Lakeland, FL

Compensation: $70K-$90K competitive benefits package

Manage our pay-per-click advertising and SEO strategies
Developing and executing short- and long-term multi-channel campaigns to drive leads and the sales pipeline
Leading A/B testing strategies and execution across all channels
Monitoring and optimizing campaigns and programs
Developing customer personas and knowing their buying preferences
Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed
Manage lead scoring and nurturing processes to ensure leads are properly qualified
Work with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoff and follow-up
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve demand generation efforts

Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
Minimum of 6-8+ years of experience with: Google Ads and Analytics, Microsoft Ads, Webmaster, and Clarity, Meta Business Manager, Salesforce, Pardot/Marketing Cloud
Experience with tools such as Hotjar, Sprout Social, Spyfu, Zapier
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Strong business systems analysis and reporting skills
Superior communication and collaboration skills

Detailed understanding of marketing automation, account-based marketing, and sales strategy
In-depth knowledge of data analytics
Expertise in marketing fundamentals
Strategic, results-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and at a fast-pace
Financial Services experience is considered a plus
