Job Description: Seeking a Salesforce Architect willing to work on-site in Cincinnati.

• The Salesforce Architect takes a proactive and holistic approach to guide Salesforce and Marketing Cloud activities, aligning them with business objectives.
• They collaborate with IT and business leaders to create alignment between business and IT, addressing strategic intentions, outcomes, and risks.
• The Architect supports organizational change by designing deliverables that promote targeted business outcomes and facilitates discussions on business models and technologies.
• They assess disruptive forces and identify opportunities for digital transformation and optimization, acting as a strategic advisor and product expert.
• The Architect sets the strategy for the enterprise's Salesforce and Marketing Cloud suite, evaluates technologies, and ensures compliance with security and quality standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic advisor and Salesforce expert, guiding the rationalization and deployment of emerging technologies.
• Design and implement Salesforce strategies, architectures, and best practices to achieve targeted business outcomes.

Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of Salesforce experience
• At least 2 Salesforce certifications required
