
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced digital marketing professional to join our team as a Digital Advertising Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, launching, and optimizing various digital advertising campaigns, including PPC, social media, and referral programs. Your expertise will contribute to the success of our marketing efforts by monitoring budgets, overseeing ad accounts and vendors, and producing comprehensive campaign performance reports.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective paid media strategies, including PPC, social media, and other digital advertising campaigns.
- Write compelling ad copy and ensure consistent messaging across multiple channels.
- Monitor budget allocation and oversee ad accounts and vendor relationships.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports on campaign performance, with a focus on sales metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media, PPC, and SEM.
- Conduct testing and tracking of campaign strategies, ad performance, user experience, and landing page performance.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize campaign results and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor click fraud and process refund requests when necessary.
- Conduct internet listening and assist with community management on social media platforms.
- Evaluate emerging digital technologies and advertising opportunities.
- Possess a strong understanding of website metrics and implement best practices.
- Utilize marketing automation software, digital ad networks, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media ad platforms effectively.
- Manage CRM and CMS systems and utilize HTML and CSS development skills when required.
Requirements:
- Three to five or more years of experience in digital marketing and advertising.
- Proficient in utilizing social media and pay-per-click platforms as effective marketing tools.
- Familiarity with website metrics and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience with marketing automation software for at least two years.
- Knowledge of digital ad networks, including Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Proficiency in using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Facebook (Meta) Ad Manager, as well as other social media ad platforms.
- Previous experience in CRM and CMS management.
- HTML and CSS development skills are considered a plus.
Note: This is a hybrid role with a Monday-Wednesday schedule in office in the Irvine CA or Dallas TX office.
