- Company growing too fast, need to hire more hands on leaders to help with all of the growth.
- Were 350 people and 70b AUM 3 years ago, now are 1050 people and 250b AUM.
- Institutional fundraising and private wealth, so will be with the institutional fundraising mainly.
- Great communication skills are imperative, need to work with users like most others.
- Someone who started their career in the technical track, but is now a hands on leader.
- Will be able to work with fundraising and be able to sell people for their business.
- BDC fundraising is part of the institutional team also here.
- Will be building out apps. AI apps, Salesforce apps, data warehouse apps
- Part of the role is managing the Salesforce vendor
- Person needs to be able to build data warehouses and bizapps.
- A good technical manager who has built applications.
- Need to know agile development practices
- Want to have more attention on some of the businesses that are brining in a lot of money to the firm
- If they can still code, that's great, but at a bare minimum they need to have come up from the development side of things. Application development.
- Management aspect- likely managing 3 people right now in NYC, plus the 3-5 people off-shore and the vendor. Plus other consultants also.
