
Job Summary:
As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the CRM solution, salesforce.com, in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment. Your responsibilities will include designing, coding, and implementing solutions on the platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance CRM workflows, and ensuring effective data flow between Salesforce.com and integrated systems. Reporting to the Sr. Solution Architect, you will be a key member of the sales organization, working closely with a team of Salesforce developers to drive efficiencies and maintain data security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate proficiency in salesforce.com platform and integrating external apps, single sign-on, and security measures.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless data flow and support agile development projects.
- Work closely with finance, sales, marketing, products, and segments to meet business requirements.
- Manage timelines, update documentation, and maintain user roles and security settings to protect company data.
- Develop complex Flows and Validation Rules to optimize business processes.
- Design and implement advanced customizations using Salesforce developer toolkit.
- Test and implement software developments, ensuring quality and user acceptance.
- Stay updated on new Salesforce features and integrations to drive process improvements.
- Define and implement technical solutions aligned with business requirements and strategic roadmap.
- Produce technical documentation and ensure data governance and quality standards.
- Propose solution recommendations and alternatives to meet customer needs.
- Foster effective relationships with business and technology partners to deliver scalable solutions.
- Produce high-quality code for assigned development tasks.
What You'll Bring:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Salesforce development across various Salesforce clouds.
- Proficient in Apex, LWC, Aura Component, VisualForce, SQL, SOQL, GitHub, and JavaScript.
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of CRM engagement.
- Ability to problem-solve, innovate, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting issues and familiarity with software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Salesforce certifications such as SFDC Architect, Advanced Developer, or Developer are highly preferred.
